Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any queries or issues to maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure seamless execution of client projects and campaigns by collaborating with cross - functional teams.
- Contribute valuable insights to the team by conducting research and analysis to identify client needs and preferences.
- Showcasing our services and capabilities, deliver engaging presentations to clients.
- Assist the client servicing team in implementing effective strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to client requirements my monitoring and tracking project progress.
- Provide valuable insights to the management team through regular reports and presentations using MS Excel and other tools.
Education Required:
B.E/B. Tech - Branch of Cyber Security, information technology, computer science, software engineering, EEE, ECE, EIE and other. ancillary circuital branches.
- Graduating year - 2024
- Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 60% equivalent with no standing backlog/ arrears
- Student has not been assessed by Deloitte in the past six months.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) to be able to communicate in a global, virtual platform.
- should demonstrate higher sense of ownership, attention to detail and process adherence.
- Moderate analytical and problem solving skills to identify areas of continuous improvement
