Job Description:

IDBI Bank Ltd. is currently accepting online applications from eligible candidates for the positions of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade 'O' and Executive - Sales and Operations (ESO) on a contractual basis. These Positions are available throughout India and the selection process is outlined below. It is important to note that candidates should only apply for one of the positions, ensuring that they meet the eligibility criteria specified for each post. Multiple applications for the same position by the same candidate will not be accepted and any fees paid will not be refunded.

Education Required:

Age Requirement: The candidate must be between 20 and 25 years old. The candidate's birth should fall between November 2, 1998 and November 1, 2003, inclusive.

Educational Qualification: The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates) in any discipline. The university should be recognized or approved by government bodies such as AICTE, UGC, etc.....

Fee Details:

a). Payment is to be made only in online mode as follows

• Rs. 200/- for SC/ST/PwBD candidates (Only intimation Charges)
• Rs. 1000/- for all other candidates (Application fees and intimation charges)

b). Bank Transaction charges / Convenience charges or any other charges applicable for Online payment of Application fees / intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.

Salary:

for JAM: on joining the Bank's services as Grade 'O', compensation on cost to company (CTC) basis would range between Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.

for EXECUTIVE: Rs. 29,000/- per month in the first year, Rs. 31,000/- per month in the second year.
