 Role: Customer Onboarding and Training



Location: Work from Home


Job Description:

  • Calling users to drive adoption wherever required. 
  • Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement. 
  • Handling user training and onboarding online over phone calls and emails.
  • Monitoring gaps in user adoption and making reports on the same.

Education Required:


Bachelors / Masters Degree in relevant fields.



Skills:


  • Bachelors / Masters Degree in relevant fields
  • Must possess excellent verbal, written and communication skills. (English / Local language)
  • Confident and crisp communication over calls presence.
  • Should have basic knowledge of MS Excel & Power point.
  • Experience in selling logistics solutions will be an advantage.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multi task with out losing attention to detail.
  • We look for people with Empathy, Passion, Persistence and Ability to learn new things.

Salary: 3.5 LPA Expected.
