Role: Customer Onboarding and Training
Location: Work from Home
Job Description:
- Calling users to drive adoption wherever required.
- Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement.
- Handling user training and onboarding online over phone calls and emails.
- Monitoring gaps in user adoption and making reports on the same.
Education Required:
Bachelors / Masters Degree in relevant fields.
Skills:
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in relevant fields
- Must possess excellent verbal, written and communication skills. (English / Local language)
- Confident and crisp communication over calls presence.
- Should have basic knowledge of MS Excel & Power point.
- Experience in selling logistics solutions will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi task with out losing attention to detail.
