Position: Trust & Safety New Associate - Content Management

Location: Remote / Hyderabad

Job Description:

    The Software and platform vertical is a trusted and experienced partner that helps leading platform companies accelerate, scale and improve their businesses. As an Agent, your responsibilities include reviewing user profiles, videos, texts, images and other content, investigating  and applying client policies, and escalating or resolving reported issues. It's important to note that the reported content according to client guidelines, stay up to date with policy changes, and investigate and resolve complex content issues. The content management team is responsible for organizing and publishing content using specific tools and channels, identifying workflow improvement opportunities, participating in training programs, engaging in conversations around socially sensitive topics, and meeting established efficiency goals. The content moderation team focuses on reviewing photos, videos, and text based content to determine if it violates our client's terms of service, including sensitive content.

Education Requirement:

A bachelor's degree is necessary.

Salary:

The salary offered for this position is up to INR 4 Lakh, with additional variable benefits.
